You may also book with us through third party sites such as Airbnb, Booking.com and others. Reviews on this site are limited, but please check our reviews with the other third party sites for our past reviews from very satisfied customers. We will no longer be accepting any reservations through Flipkey or Tripadvisor as we found their service to be quite unsatisfactory. In our opinion and our experience their customer service is non-existent. An example of this is receiving lodging requests from guests and not getting the request until the day following their check-in date. This makes it appear to our guest that we did not respond to their request. When we inquired about these problems many times they never bothered to follow up with an explanation. Additionally lodging establishments appear based on how much you are willing to pay, and not based on the area a guest requests. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but feel free to contact us directly. We are a small operation so please be sure of your reservation dates, vs cancelling at the last minute as this costs us business. A small inn such as ours is significantly affected by cancellations. Please do not reserve just to hold your place "just in case you decide to travel" not only does this significantly impact our business but prevents a guest that really does want a reservation from being able to do so. Out of consideration to our guests we never "overbook", so please be considerate of us as well. |
